Planting Permanent Roots in Colorado Springs

This week we placed an offer on a house here in Colorado Springs. It feels like it literally fell in our lap.

If you would have told me a week ago last Saturday that we would have
1) walked through the house
2) qualified for a loan
3) submitted an offer
4) received an acceptance
5) have a closing date of Nov 27th

... I would have said you are crazy!
