So what happened this year? She puts this year's masterpiece on the bar, unfortunately too close to the edge. Close enough that our dog, Toby jumped up for it and caught the edge. That sent it flying off the bar on the floor into yet another million pieces.

Oh, poor Hailey!!!!! That's heartbreaking to have something that you've worked on so hard break like that! Toby is going to find a lump of coal in his stocking! At least "the remains" probably still tastes good... ;o)
Sorry! I'm sure it was a beautiful gingerbread house!
Hopefully next year, it will last a few days or more!
