I can make a costume!

My mistake was thinking you had to be a really good seamstress to make a Halloween costume. Did I prove myself wrong this year.Jeremy couldn't think of what he wanted to be this year and he kept bugging me to be a Wendy's cup. The idea came from when my brother Nick worked for Quizno's before his mission and for Halloween borrowed the inflatable cup costume. Jeremy thought it was so cool. I finally gave in the day before he was to dress up at school. Thanks to Dad's idea of using a garbage can, some pipe insulation, spray paint and a Wendy's print out from the internet.

The other costume highlight was the fangs that Jared put on my teeth. This is the second year he has done this. It's just some composite that he formed and bonded to my teeth. The reactions I received were so funny. If you are interested in some fangs to celebrate the Twilight movie, let me know ;-)

We had a great time carving the pumpkins and decorating the yard

Because there was no school on Halloween we celebrated for 2 days and in the end everyone had a lot of fun, ended up with a lot of candy and we were all worn out.
